Create more living space
AJS Construction offers a full range of home extension construction services for property owners looking to increase living space, improve functionality, and add long-term value to their current property.
Whether you are considering a single-storey extension, double-storey extension, rear extension, side extension, or a bespoke home extension design, we deliver high-quality construction solutions tailored to your needs.
We guide you through the entire home extension process, from initial consultation and design planning through to planning permissions and building regulation approvals. Our experienced team manages every stage of the extension build, including groundworks, structural alterations, roofing, brickwork, plumbing, electrics, and interior finishes. A binding quotation is always provided before construction begins, giving you complete financial clarity and peace of mind throughout the project.
Upon completion, all home extension building work will be inspected by the relevant Local Council Building Control inspector, and we will supply all required gas safety and electrical certification. Throughout the construction process, we ensure every aspect of your home extension complies fully with current building regulations and industry standards, while maintaining close communication to ensure the finished result meets or exceeds your expectations.
You will be fully involved throughout the extension process, with clear communication at every stage to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. All work is closely monitored to maintain the highest standards of quality and finish, and our team will always be punctual, professional, and courteous while working in your home.
